In teams of 2 or 3:
Count number of reps completed in each of the five, 5 minute stations. Only one person may work at a time, and on teams of 3, one person must always be holding a 15lb plate. If at anytime in the workout, the plate touches the floor, everyone on the team must stop and do 5 burpees. At the top of each 5 minutes, everyone must do 5 burpees before beginning work for each station. Toes to Bar Overhead Squat 75lb/55lb Medicine Ball clean, 20lb/14lb Sandbag Shuttle run Tire flip The winning team is the one who completes the most total reps. Only full reps count. A zero will be given for squats not below parallel. Only a half point will be given for knees to elbows, knees to triceps or knees to parallel..
