Weekend Events

This Saturday at noon, Liz (your coach) and her Rugby team, the New Orleans Half Moons will be having a home game against Baton Rouge. The game is in City Park in the fields near Marconi at Harrison. They will be wearing Mardi Gras colors and Liz is #9! Come out and support her team! Beer is encouraged, unless you're on the paleo challenge she says!

The Louisiana Philharmonic is performing Gustav Mahler's 7th Symphony which is rarely ever performed, Saturday night at 8pm at the Mahalia Jackson Theatre . Mollie has a few free tickets if anyone is interested. It is definitely one of the bigger performances this year! Give her a call..there are only a few available, so first come first serve!

Also, Mollie's Woodwind Quintet is performing at the French Quarter Fest on Sunday, 11am-12:15pm on the Classical Stage at St. Mary's Church, 1116 Chartres Street, St. Mary's at the Ursuline Convent. If you're out on Sunday please stop in! (about 1 block from Esplanade)
