How did you hear about CrossFit and what was your first experience/WOD?
The CrossFit games on television was my first experience with CrossFit. My first WOD was my introductory class with Mollie, and the thing I remember most was the soreness. It seemed to last for a week!
When did you first come to CrossFit NOLA?
I started CrossFit in October of last year.
What CrossFit accomplishment are you the most proud of?
Learning how to pose run was difficult for me, so I am proud that I have made improvements through run club. I am also proud of my consistency in making it to most of the 5:30AM classes.
If there was any CrossFit movement that you could choose to never do again, what would it be?
I am not a big fan of being upside down, so I would say wall walks/handstand pushups.
After a hard workout, what is your favorite meal?
Grilled steak and vegetables
On a Saturday night, where could we typically find you?
I love to grill, so in the summer time I will probably be doing that with friends and family.
What is one goal that you are currently working on that you will accomplish before the end of 2013?
I would like to see improvements in my Olympic lifts.
