How did you hear about CrossFit and what was your first experience/WOD?
I was searching for a different type of workout experience and saw an article online about Crossfit, which peaked my interest. My first experience/WOD was in the Fundamentals Program and from that experience it was evident that Crossfit was different than my prior workout experiences.
When did you first come to CrossFit NOLA?
After deciding I would like to try Crossfit, I did some research online about different Crossfit gyms in New Orleans and thought Crossfit NOLA was the best choice.
How many days do you CrossFit? What classes do you normally take (times and specialties)?
I usually Crossfit 3-5 times per week and mix in different types of classes, like WODS, Rowing Endurance, Strongman and Active Recovery.
What motivates you/keeps you coming back to CrossFit NOLA?
The coaches, other members, variety of workouts, challenges presented by the different workouts, improvement over time and feeling of accomplishment.
Favorite thing about New Orleans?
What accomplishment are you the most proud of (outside and inside of the gym)?
Outside the gym I am most proud of the accomplishments of my kids, inside the gym I am most proud of increase in mobility over time, which comes through the different exercises that are part of the workouts.

What are some of your interests outside of CrossFit?
I enjoy coaching little league sports, LSU sports and the Saints.
What do you do for a living?
I am an attorney.
What is one goal that you are currently working on?
Continuing to increase mobility.
