Mollie Pate

"I of course love competing, but my favorite part about CrossFit is coaching. I love going to class everyday and helping people push themselves harder than they believed possible. I love the camaraderie of it and the community of people it fosters. I love that I can go to "work" and be around positive people everyday,  and see people reach their goals!"
Owner/Founder
After Hurricane Katrina, Mollie decided she wanted to do her first sprint triathlon. This led her out to California where she found an amazing team to train with, and discovered CrossFit Endurance in 2007. She became very competitive in triathlons for the next 3 years, but CrossFit was her main source of what propelled her training. She placed 12th at the Sprint World Triathlon Championships in Australia in 2009. After her final race in 2009, Mollie turned to CrossFit solely, and never looked back!  Since then, she placed 17th in 2011, 17th in 2012, and 34th in 2013 at the South central CrossFit Regionals. Since 2014, she has qualified for the Master's Regionals, placing in the top 200  in the world. When she first began CrossFit, she couldn't do a pullup and couldn't deadlift a bar off the ground. She loves that this sport challenges you everyday!

Fun Fact: Mollie has been the principal horn player for the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra since 1996. She also teaches horn at Loyola University and freelances around the city! She also loves to garden, take pottery classes and is the owner of her four cats, Remus and Rabbit., Gus and Buttercup.
