While competing in football, wrestling, and track in high school, Nick found CrossFit as an effective strength/conditioning program to supplement his sports. After his senior wrestling season ended, he began training to compete CrossFit in the spring of 2011. He competed in the 2012 and 2013 CrossFit Opens and gained an interest in training others within the methodology. In the summer of 2013, he began to focus on Olympic weightlifting and has seen success in this sport. He continues to coach CrossFit while competing within the sport of weightlifting and representing CF NOLA at local and national competitions. Nick is a full time student at Loyola University and spends most of his free time training and helping out around the gym.
