At its most basic level, we like to tell our clients to eat a steady diet of vegetables, fruits and meat and avoid anything processed.  As a client we will help you outline a nutrition plan that is healthy and  sustainable for the rest of your life.

We offer focused Nutrition Consulting through Precision Nutrition Coach Brandon Ecker

Nutrition Coaching includes the following:

  • Work daily 1:1 with a coach for individualized nutrition planning
  • Daily food quality analysis and recommendations
  • Email and text availability regarding nutrition questions
  • Sample meal plans
  • Website access for seamless communication
  • Face to face consults monthly
  • Contest/competition prep and game day nutrition
