Nutrition

At its most basic level, we like to tell our clients to eat a steady diet of vegetables, fruits and meat and avoid anything processed.  As a client we will help you outline a nutrition plan that is healthy and  sustainable for the rest of your life.

We offer focused Nutrition Consulting through Exercise Nutrition Certified Coaches:  David and Sarah Bock.

David and Sarah will help you determine what types, quantities of food you should be eating, and also how often you should eat!

Our 3 month program is outlined below and is only $80 a month!

Month 1: Assess and Prep
Complete your initial assessment
Take baseline measurements, photos, and set baseline macros
Adjust your eating habits to your new nutrition profile
Weekly follow up with a shareable document to track progress

Month 2: Goal Setting
Based on your goals of losing or gaining weight, we will adjust your macro profile.
Continued weekly follow up to ensure progress

Month 3: Maintaining and Fine Tuning 
Complete your final assessment
Take final measurements and photos
Fine tune your nutrition profile for long term success!
