Month 1: Assess and Prep Complete your initial assessment Take baseline measurements, photos, and set baseline macros Adjust your eating habits to your new nutrition profile Weekly follow up with a shareable document to track progress Month 2: Goal Setting Based on your goals of losing or gaining weight, we will adjust your macro profile.
