Weekly follow up with a shareable document to track progress
Month 2: Goal Setting
Based on your goals of losing or gaining weight, we will adjust your macro profile.
Continued weekly follow up to ensure progress
Month 3: Maintaining and Fine Tuning
Complete your final assessment
Take final measurements and photos
