WOD WARS VI: Back to School Brawl!

Our next big event is WOD Wars VI: Back to School Brawl

This is a great first Crossfit competition for any of our members, and a great chance to rep your location for experienced Competitors!

It is Sat September 12th, at the Midcity/Cortez St location, from 9am-3pm with a BBQ to follow.

The competition is for same sex teams of 2, either Rx or Scaled.

If you have a team in place, sign up under "events" in Mindbody.

If you need a partner sign up in this google doc and we will find you one!


Scaled Teams can expect:
- Power Clean 115/75 for a small amount of reps
- Front Squat 95/65 for reps
- Box Jumpovers 24/20 (where you are allowed to step up)
- Wallballs (14lbs to 10 feet / 10lbs to 8 feet)
- DB Snatch 35/20
- Farmers Carry 24kg / hand, 16kg / hand

Rx Teams can expect:
- Kipping pull-ups
- Power Clean 155/105 for a small amount of reps
- TTB where toes actually touch the bar
- Box Jumpovers 24/20 where you cannot step-up
- Wallballs (20lbs to 10ft, 14lbs to 9 feet)
- DB Snatch 55/35
- Double Unders...but there will be a scaling option for people who cannot do DU

Cost is $60 per team, where $10 goes to charity
We will be supporting Lift Up Autism with our first WOD of the day (coaches included). You can find more information about LUA here.
